Sounds like they need a proper new director of pro scounting. Apparently they haven’t really had one since Mark Howe retired in 2021? It seems Steve is operating in that role himself…
And makes them even worse of signings

Since he left its been Steve and Draper in charge of Pro Scouting. And its been HORRENDOUS
Drapes is director of amateur scouting… they have their pro scouts but no actual director. Seems like that’s been a big mistake.

Yea the whole pro scouting department needs blown up.
If they even did a B- job this would be a Cup team. They have made 2 good acquisitions. Kane and Kat.
Every other transaction has been a D- or worse.

Copp, Compher, Tarasanko, paid like middle 6 forwards. Play like bottom 6.
Holl, Pretry, Chairot, paid like top 2 pair D men. Play like 3rd pair.
Then dont even get me started on how the got rid of Ghost and Walman.
