In what world can you lose Ekeler, Allen and Williams and improve?

Ekeler: Old and I believe done.
Allen: Old but I think there is a little left in the tank. I think he will actually be a decent role player for the Bears this year, but I have lowered expectations.
Williams: I won’t say he is injury prone. He just seems to have regular injuries. Very talented when healthy. Dare I say Swift at the WR position?
The improvement will be in the development of the next generation of players. Ones that see the field because these guys are gone. W/L… I expect them to be consistent.
