Lions have failed every test against a stiff opponent on the road this season. I don’t see that changing here. Stafford carves up the defense. Rams 35 Lions 24
Except Baltimore —- at the time they were still a stiff opponent.
@KC, @ Philly, @GB week 1, GB on thanksgiving all tough games on paper even before the season.
I like that we’ve had a few extra days to get ready for this game.
The Rams will likely not punt. Maybe once. This D has no quality depth and that will really show this week. They will look discombobulated as Stafford goes 30/35ish for 360 and 4 TD. Lions will keep pace in first half but get their doors blown off in second. 41-24 Rams.
31-27. For us to win this game, we need to treat Gibbs like Barry. Lots of touches. It will unlock everything. That’s why I didn’t put who has the 31. I hope it’s us but this game has me nervous as hell.
I’m feeling an upset.

If we win the game, we have to run the ball at least 35 times. Preferably 40. The running backs need to have a ton of touches in both phases of the offense.
The Lions are almost 7 point dogs on the road, missing 3 starters in the secondary. Stafford, Adams, Nuka, are going to be to much.
43-27 Rams
Lions recent trend has been win a game…lose a game.
We beat Dallas so well lose to rams
35 - 24 Rams
Was Thomas Harper cleared from concussion protocol?
can we move rodrigo to safety? and just have him plow who ever catches the ball?
The problem with that is that Rodrigo covers pass catchers about as well as Nicki Minaj covers her ass.
Monkey never cramp!

No i just want him to plow whoever catches the ball ![]()
Monkey never cramp
I’m putting that on my tombstone.

I looked at how the Panthers beat the Rams two weeks ago:
-
win TOP. That means run a LOT. We can do that.
-
sack Matt. They had 3 sacks. Can we hit Matt? This one feels like no but we had 5 sacks last week.
-
the Panthers had a pick six. We need to win the turnover battle. Tough on the road. But possible.
our secondary give up big plays and the Rams thrive there. Matt has to make a mistake and we have to play clean. Tough to see us sacking Matt 3+ times at this point. But if they throw long we HAVE to make Matt pay. Hit him hard. That IS possible.
No prediction for me. I’m just excited for the opportunity. Win this and the entire narrative on the season flips. And it’s a house money setup which is both the most enjoyable posture for me to watch a game from and a setup in which our guys tend to play loose and over perform. We are built to excel as an underdog. It’s built into our team’s DNA.
Really hate injuries. Feel like we’ll get whooped but hoping we keep it competitive and pull out the W somehow.
