I think a majority of the national media, and even a ton of people of this board, severely underrate our defense. I don’t know if they will stay healthy, but we will have a top 3 NFL defense out there week 1. I don’t see the Packers scoring more than 20 as long as our offense doesn’t turn the ball over.
With that said, the Packers should have a solid defense this year and I expect our offense to have some “yips” in the early part of the season as they adjust to Morton and the OLine starts to gel. I’m thinking 27-17 with it being a 35+ carry game for Gibbs/Montgomery combined.
As long as we don’t turn the ball over, I think we control the game throughout.
I think the Defense makes their presence known to the NFL.

I agree on the slow start offensively for both teams. Detroit’s defense is the real deal when healthy and GB never finds their groove. I think the run game takes over as the game rolls on. 27-17 Lions.
