Prisco picks Vikings to upset 49ers

Prisco on cheap drugs.

Ha, good catch! That shouldā€™ve said 11-5-1.

Maybe the Vikings were the Sunday night football game and was pending the outcome.

As long as the Vikings donā€™t cheat with their ā€œtoo purpleā€ uniforms then weā€™re good.

It does say 11-5-1. Thatā€™s the problem.

Probably because heā€™s better than any of us that post on this message board at what he does :person_shrugging:

Nope.

Unless you mean heā€™s better at being a loud-mouthed kiss-ass who failed his way upward. Then yes, heā€™s better at that than us.

But you canā€™t do his jobā€¦.thatā€™s the point. I mean think about this, we are on a message board asking how does a media member still have a job because we donā€™t like what he has to say. Now is said media member lurking on this board asking ā€œhow are these people allowed to post??ā€ He still has a job because he is good at what he does and his employer is satisfied with what he doesā€¦.its that simple :person_shrugging:

I never said I could do his job.

But, neither can he.

Surely you donā€™t live in a world full of people who actually deserved to be in their position? Iā€™d love to know what kind of world that is, cause itā€™s not this one. I havenā€™t had a single boss one who deserved it. Well, maybe one or two, but the vast majority were detrimental to the task at hand.

But they played the game, kissed their superiorā€™s ass, and when they inevitably did an awful job, blamed someone beneath them and continued to move up.

If everyone in their job deserves it, then why does anyone get fired?

Is that the standard to which he should be judged? All this time I was figuring it would be those in his profession.

If I am going to give such an opinion then I have to at least know what it takes to perform such job and experience and/or education would be the reason for me having such an opinion. But I donā€™t typically comment on anyoneā€™s qualifications I just worry about my own. That said if you know you canā€™t do his job then how do you know he canā€™t do his job?? You donā€™t even know what it takes to do his jobā€¦all you know is that you donā€™t like or agree with what he says. But if he couldnā€™t do his job then he wouldnā€™t still be doing it all these years.

Unless he has compromising pictures of a member of the board of directors. Prove me wrong.

I have a pretty good idea what it takes to do his job - one of my best friendsā€™ sisters was a correspondent for CNN and now works for the Washington Post.

And itā€™s not me disagreeing with his takes that has me saying this. He is literally worse than a coin flip ATS for his career. Youā€™d be better off guessing that taking his advice. He also has the highest miss rate of all draft analysts over the past ten years.

He is literally bad at his job.

But heā€™s a blowhard who riles people up and that drives engagement, so he keeps the job. Again, as I said in my first post, THIS is the part heā€™s good at, not anything to do with football.

See above.
