Our injury situation is not as bad as that article makes it sound. Right guys ? Right…?
That we know of*
I saw a interview with Rags today he said he was surprized how good he felt just a little stiff an the medical are working that out. He said he will be fine the article is listing all what he has hurt or is an still hurting like toe. Over done for clicks
After this season, I could see Ragnow having limited availability the rest of his career. I do not see him retiring though. He just wont be available as much.
Does Ragnow retire if we win the Super Bowl?
Connective Tissue 4 is Frank’s favorite board game
Dude is an absolute warrior.

He will be available for games they will just give him rest breaks during week of practice. Its the toe that’s the major problem an he said nothing can be done. He will keep play regular starter just will get days off during week to help game day . He will from what he said play out this contract an said he can deal with toe pain.He is signed for next 3 seasons. Maybe medically he finds something that helps. When he is finished this contract he will just be 30 an good for many more years if he wants to keep playing.
The other injuries can be fixed the toe he said as of now can’t be but time will tell maybe someone can fix it. Thats the one he said he can deal with .
Sometimes when we talk about statues, I envision one with multiple people. You know, like Shiela, Spielman, Brad, Campbell, Goff; just a big statue (I know won’t happen). Hey you gotta put Ragnow on the statue. What a stud.
Man, if 77 hung it up would have to go trenches on both sides and CBs
It’s kind of funny we’re talking about him hanging it up. I know he has decisions to make, but he’s still got a couple years here and as we’ve seen you’ll have to IR the damn guy to keep him off the field. He’s just a warrior.
And lost in this is that it (not his fault) overshadows Decker, who you also have to pull off the field.
There’s so many warriors on this team. Can you imagine ARSB having a slight calf tug and you’re trying to tell him to not be on the field? Good luck with that talk.
I had this thought after the game. Seemed weird that Frank got both an on-air post game interview and one at the podium, when they don’t usually bring players other than Goff. Made me kind of think that maybe that was his last game at Ford Field. Hope not.
Is spelling really that diffult when his name is right in the title?
Raganow hike ball to Geoff and pass to Saints Brown for Home Run.
Houston is peanut brittle bird bone man, but Ragnow is beef steak bubba boy
Yup….
Fautanu in round one…. Van Pran or Frazier in 3 please.
Or Jackson Powers-Johnson in one and Javon Foster in 3….
I’ve said this a dozen or so times. When you are already nearly the best at something, you don’t let it go in order to fill another hole….
Decker has 1 year left, Jackson gone, Ragnow’s body might be cashed, Glasgow gone….
There is no doubt we could panic, try and sign Jonah, pay Glasgow, possibly count on him a lot at center, and…. Ragnows toe is dead-as a guy who has metal rods running down his right Tib/Fib… plates, screws, and tore ACL/MCL at age 22 playing ball… I can attest that by 28-30 I had torn other meniscus, had hip pain on my left side… once you start favoring something (his toe) and you engage in high impact activity, the problems compound.
Frank is a warrior, and I hope we have him 4-5 more years… but this sadly feels a bit like Gurley in 2018… degenerative means can’t be fixed, won’t get better…
- we are about to play the #1 seed with a street level player at LG, a hobbled C, and a 32 year old RG on a one year deal.
Chris Lindstrom got over 21M last year… NOPE!!!
—- it doesn’t look like AG gone, at least it keeps the locker room mojo, and likely gives us a shot at a reasonable deal for Ceedy- and we sign Glas and Josh Reynolds. I don’t see a 3rd rounder replacing Ceedy or Josh-
—Get me Snead, J Johnson or K Fuller please. Pay one of them. I like the consistency, and value in Fuller- age is perfect for 3 year deal.
—- Get me Sean Murphy-Bunting-was a 9.8 RAS guy… decent length with great 40 and 10 split.
—— Get me D Armstrong or AJ Epenesa (stays pretty healthy, nice production for 375 rotational snaps)
Fuller- 14M AAV
Bunting- 6M AAV
Epenesa- 7M AAV
Really opens up draft
