Its official
Just reasonable with bye week upcoming.
Yep, I think it would have been reckless to let him play this week. This was the right decision.
The injuries are concerning.
I expected this and smart move imo.
Alim being only day to day is good news
Really is the right move. Early bye week a blessing. ■■■■ the Seahawks.
Man if he missed a ton of games Ragnout would have been a sweet nickname. I hope I never have to use that.
That deserves a poem.
There once was a stud named Alim
Who had a very big dream
Was built like a tree
Got kicked in the knee
This week will eat Nacho Supreme
@Bols done
So Glasgow moves to center, and who takes his spot at guard?
Likely awosika who started for us a bit last year
Probably Awosika. He was first off the bench to fill in at guard when Jonah Jackson would get hurt.
Started 5 regular season games, plus half the Bucs playoff win and the NFC championship…got a ton of snaps last year and important ones.
Glasgow is not moving to center, the Lions addressed with the initial 53 man roster. We have a backup center on the roster for a reason and his name is not Glasgow. His name is Niese.
Just to be clear this was broght up during a media season before game 1.
Interesting.
I didn’t even know we had a guy named Niese on the roster.
He’s played 1 snap in his career at age 26… I’d go with GG at center who has tons of experience. We shall see.
Yeah i remember him making the roster and media asking why. The answer was simple, the Lions don’t want to shuffle people on the line if they don’t have to.
That doesn’t make me feel very confident.
You need to be more encouraging towards your elders.
Sewell called him…
Yep, Risdon mentioned this a few days ago. I’m actually really interested to see how Niese plays. iOL is one area where guys can really kick ass even if they were drafted late or UDFAs. The league is littered with them.
Honestly though I wonder if they’re reconsidering considering how much Glasgow has struggled at LG? He was better this week, but still the weak link on the line.
