Are we not going to discuss this item?

I am very surprised. Not that they cleaned house but why now? I mean what is the benefit?

And this pretty much ends any discussion of getting Maxx ever. Because a new GM will want much to help create a building block for the future. And while I love how he plays I am not sure he is worth what they likely want (1st and 2nd min you would assume).

Anyway, that is the 1st of like 3-4 opens. Hopefully they do not hire retreads and bring in fresh blood.

NFL network insider show just discussed this exact thing, why now?
Because once the decision was made nothing is going to change that decision make it now and move forward immediately. Add in the private discussions that Davis had with the veterans on the team doing it now showed them owner listened.
