If i am ben there is no way i go there with that situation unless he believes o’connell is the guy. Otherwise he will likely be picking between qb3 or 4 in the draft… maybe he trades for fields if he thinks he can work with him.
The Raiders will have a chance to draft a guy like JJ McCarthy…that is worth it

Harbaugh and Vegas would work until it doesn’t. Like everywhere else I guess.
Brian Flores is a great candidate, if you want a head coach who files reports with HR
