21 especially is playing terribly
I want the Panthers to win so that it will stop my inner, near psychotic neurosis regarding the Rams vs the Lions and the tied at the hip trajectories of the two teams betweenxt

Yea I’m rooting for the underdog. I’m at peace with the trade. Lions made the biggest strides of my lifetime. Stafford got a ring. Pretty cool.

He’s not tied to the Rams though brother. Stafford had his house pocket listed 2 years before he left. He was done here.
Brad got Goff, Gibbs, Jamo and Iffy for Stafford… his job was to get what he could… he did.
I agree that if he doesn’t get to the playoffs next year, he should be on the hot seat.
Honestly I think that’s more on DC though. The HC needs to be the decider on scheme, coordinators, and roster needs. The GM needs to balance the cap and find the best talent with the resources available.
We blame Holmes for a lot, but it depends what Dan tells him he needs. I think Manu and an early rookie battling for RT, and a vet C could give us a nice OL again.
Dan seems likely to wanted Deck back and hires guys he knows like AG, Morton etc.
I hope we get a top OC.. and a vet DC but I doubt Dan will give the OC the control a guy like Mike M would want, and I doubt he replaces Shep despite serious flaws in scheme and lack of adjustments. We shall see

All good man, ultimately I just hold Brad/the team to the same high standard they hold themselves 
. And I will admit the Rams/Lions dichotomy may be a “me” problem, but if they were to win it all again this year, there’ll be aloooot of Lions fans super annoyed by it, and hold it against the Lions a bit as a measurung stick, fair or not.
Panthers got those rookie playoff jitters.
Against good QBs it often is.
I think there is this false expectation by many that going zone heavy fixes all.
They could be afraid that Tepper is going to throw his drink at them.
