Brad should have egg on his face for not being as good as Les Snead, John Lynch, Howie or Brett Veach? What if Brad makes it back to the playoffs (wins a game or 2) and proves to be the 5th best GM in the league over the past 5 years…. Should we fire him and bet on the next guy being better?
Stafford is old, demanded to leave… but better than Goff- agree
Allen is slightly younger, more physical tools and raw talent, but still no SB appearances, and impossible to trade for… agree
Maye, Nix, Caleb, and Dart on rookie deals MIGHT accomplish as much as Goff did by age 24, but I doubt it.. I doubt more than one surpasses what Goff has done by 30. If available straight up on rookie deals should we make the deal? I agree with a few
Mahomes with no knee and no D? Look at his last 2-3 years of production.
I think we have a top 5-7 GM and a top 10 QB and I don’t think there is an intelligent way to argue that….

I was surprised how someone basically my size is playing QB in the NFL.
Will Anderson (who I also met that day) on the other hand was clearly an NFL player.

Never said Lions should fire Brad, and even Brad’s biggest critics arent saying that, he easily get’s next season to right the ship, he’s earned it…so that’s alot of words and fan points spent there with that post. But if the Lions fail to make the playoffs again next year, then his seat should be on fire…especially if the Rams were to win it all this season. And yep, I expect Brad to be as good as the best GM’s, he’s the one that brought reciepts and wore villain shirts, wanna talk/act like you want the smoke, then better be able to take it and back it up. And Brad’s own words were that he FAILED this season…if the same, or worse happens next season, then his OWN words will be that he FAILED again, so maybe send him an atta’boy, tits up, chin out email with your support, I’m sure he’ll care…[email protected]

Interesting trend isnt it, that you don’t need to be 6’3” plus anymore to be considered for a QB position in the NFL.
Every position has gotten bigger the last 30 years, except QB?
