Kinda, I think both sides won. The Ravens avoided the fully guaranteed stupid deal Watson got and Lamar still got paid. Now can Lamar stay healthy and actually earn that money, not too sure about that. Time will tell.
Jamo is the big winner here, he had big money on Lamar signing back with Baltimore. 
Wasn’t he supposed to end up on the street homeless for not using an agent?
