When Robert Prince takes the reigns as Head Coach for tomorrow’s game, he will be the Lions third Head Coach in a single season. Is this an NFL record? I can’t recall this happening before, which doesn’t mean anything, but it’s a bit obscure anyway. Still, a record is a record, right?

A cursory google search gave me no answers. I would think that 3 has gotta be close to the most in a single year though I have no way to verify that.
