stunningly beautiful.
Sweet, I guess I am not that oldā¦bc I literally said āwhoā.
Yeah, I figured some of the young bucks on here might not know who she is. But back in the 70s and 80s she was quite the smoke show. Had a very sexy, sultry voice.
Anyone else notice that pancreatic cancer seems to be increasing? (Iām doing exactly what I admonish people for - going by personal experience rather than looking it up!).
I donāt really remember her - didnāt watch those sitcoms.
Anecdotally, I agree. My son-in-lawās brother, 43, just died of pancreatic cancer a couple months ago. Awful disease.
Lol. Arenāt you an epidemiologist or something?
Could this be something where we prevent heart disease from taking someone in their late sixties or seventies, and then something like pancreatic cancer develops in those extra years?
Dude, Iām turning 50 next month, and I didnāt have any idea who she was.
While I would love for that to mean Iām still a young buck, I think it just means some of you are really old f*cks.
Ah jesus, mary and josephā¦I am so sorry. That is so terrible.
We are young brother. 43 hereā¦we are young bucksā¦I will take it! ![]()
Canāt say I remember her. Donāt watch a lot of sitcoms.
Easy there, baby. Iām only 60. Well for the next two weeks anyway.
I donāt think thatās a thing.
Iām 56 and I remember her. That Love at Fist Bite movie is a classic, and she was a smokeshow in that one. I may be right on the age cut-off for her to be part of the lexicon.
20 years ago I wouldāve agreed with you.
Oh, no! Iām pretty sure she was responsible for my first, um, yeahā¦anyway, she was breast feeding on McMillan and wife.
Sad, sad, day.

I donāt know how, but I remember her from McMillan & Wife. I was 10 when that show ended.
Kate & Allie I remember, but didnāt care for.
Susan resembles a family member. I have this problem in life; if you resemble someone that I donāt really care a lot for, then by association I donāt care a lot for you either, LOL.
Ok, Iāll be that guy.
She was kinda meh. To each their own.
Pancreatic cancer personal circle experience
My mentor prof died at 61 from it in 2015. Literally the highest energy and healthiest person I have ever met. Unbelievable achiever, daily runner, more energy than any 3 people I knew. Only educator in the Jazz Hall of Fame. Went fast but hard.
Classmate my age 59, diagnosed at 56, female, overweight a good bit whole life. Had the Whipple surgery while basically homeless. Still with us.
Neighbor across street, died last year, age 74. Tall skinny, he was active, coached tennis and basketball into his late 60s. Diagnosed at 72, had Whipple but it had already spread to liver.
Dad of my step-nieceās husband. 55, construction contractor. Been doing chemo and radiation, not sure on surgery.
3 out of 4 at 55 to 60. Not cool.
I had read that there have been a couple of breakthroughs on pancreatic cancer treatment just in the last year, one is to the market in the last 3 months and the big one in starting in trials.
