Here are trades that make sense :

#3 Zona trades to #9 KC for a 2nd round pick

KC gets David Bailey edge. Zona gets Downs or Maui pick #9

Cleveland trades #6 to Dallas for #12 (also pick swap #24 up to #20) and Dallas 3rd

Dallas gets Sonny Styles + pick #24 still

Cleveland gets Fano or WR at #12 + WR or Blake Miller at #20

Jets trade from 16 to 12 to get Makai Lemon . AG gets his St Brown right before Rams pick.

AG took Membou RT pick #7 last year just like Sewell RT #7, also drafted versatile safety/NB from Bama last year to try and mimic Brian Branch.

Jets & Dallas have done business recently with trades. (dallas also did a 2nd deal with GB recently too so they like familiarity obviously)

Lions trade pick #17 + 4th to Tampa for pick #15

Brad will get antsy and want to grab that OT. My guess is FREELING OT at that spot.

8 minutes is way better. Most teams have plenty of time to have it all mapped out.

I doubt AG has all that much say at this point. Not enough to force a trade up in particular.

If Cleveland trades down with Dallas and snipes Freeling from us , and Fano goes to Baltimore.

It’s gonna be Miller then lol or Proctor

There will be lots of tears if it is Proctor

If we trade I think it’s up to 11. Brad is going to want a top player at some position. And I think he gets a top postional player or a top tier OL at that spot and scoops most everyone else. And I could see us taking Freeling there too.

I think the Browns may want Proctor at 12. I would not be surprised if they stay at 6 and take him there. I think he is viewed differently outside of the den.

I’d like to see us trade down with Miami. They get 17 and a 5th. We get 30 and 2 3rds. Just trying to figure out what player has to be there for Miami to move up. Proctor, Sadiq, McCoy, Fano?

Down to 30 in the 1st. then we use the day picks to move the 3s or 4s up.

Lowest I would go is 19 or 20 to grab Blake Miller if Freeling is gone

We just did the exercise in the draft thread. All 4 of Proctor, Freeling, Max and Miller were still available at 17. With the odds saying Max and Miller would be there at 30. We would have the capital for a small trade back up if we had to.

I think the Jets use 1B to take Ty Simpson.

Honestly I would imagine that Bain is off the board. I would guess whichever OT Brad is smitten with and thinks teams in between will take. But honestly if Downs, Styles, or possibly McCoy was sitting there, Brad might be interested.

  1. He says he wants impact players in the draft. If he thinks it’s a shallow draft, maybe he trades up to get the one he wants.

  2. Even if he is just going BPA, other teams between 11 and 19 will anticipate us taking an OT. Even if Brad is, I don’t think they are buying Larry Borom. They may trade or draft accordingly.

Edit: of course I am generally wrong with my draft picks every year so wtf do I know.

My guess for a Lions trade is they trade down with Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh has 3 3rd rounders so they can move up to 17 to grab Ty Simpson. I
