Can’t be the corn in Iowa, had better down south.
Well, from what I’m told the ends aren’t quite as tight down south as they are in Iowa, again just what I’m told.
Better then that TE we traded to Minny that just got 17M per year.
So, you’re saying MN ■■■■■■ us with that contract, three years from now…
He’s not even on pace for 1500 yards…another bust!
Booo, i wanted musgrave…he should have been the pick.
The Leaf throw in GB last year…and the LaPorta throw today – were identical!
Two amazing throws by our QB Goff!
Lol, sure did! And he will be one of many wanting a big deal. Better win a SB or 2 before then!
Not sure if it is posted here but they showed a clip of Goff and LaPorta walking in the tunnel post game where they were talking about that play. LaPorta, scared I would drop it…
thanks for finding that.
Yea I would take just over 1000 yds and 100 receptions.
This is just going to open our offense that much more.
Nope, but extrapolated out… 102 receptions for 1054, and 5-6 TDs
Sam just seems like such a good guy.
Not sure if you guys noticed that he lined up as a WR in this game. He did at IOWA as well, to me they are using him alot like IOWA did. Checking out the matchups and figuring out the most likely wins.
Dare I say that he’s an upgrade over probowl TE Hock?
Kid looks like a real winner.
That is only 62 yards/game average to hit it. He can definitely do it given he seems to be an integral part of the passing attack. With Gibbs out there and the rest of the WR core, Laporta should be getting open a regular basis.
I’d say Sam has shown to be more consistent already. At least as a member of the Lions, Hockenson was very boom or bust from game to game.
Laporta just has what it takes to win matchups on almost every down imo.
