I get why they don’t want Schwartz as head coach. Was a disaster last time. But I can also see why Schwartz feels he deserves another chance. But a contract is a contract. Don’t sign it if you don’t like the terms.

Disaster? He inherited an 0-16 team devoid of talent and got us to the playoffs 3 years later. He also did that with the GM being the former understudy of the worst GM in NFL history. It may not have been perfect, but far from a disaster.
