You can’t retool without detooling. Guys, we are currently in the de-tooled phase either that or we are in the thick of having our medical staff retool our players who are missing functioning shoulders, legs and backs. The only working tool we have is DC when it comes to game management.

I’m glad she said it. I’m still onboard with MCDC too. Hopefully Holmes will stop drafting broken players soon and we’ll be where we need to be!

Well that was total bullshit. She likes them because she believes in the process, that they were thorough when they hired them. Hell no she doesn’t want to comment on other teams especially when there improving and we’re not. No one hates losing worse then her and her family ? Yikes.

While her answers were dumb and canned, at least she did us the solid of letting us know she ain’t eating those contracts. Win or lose, she don’t give a F, she’s keeping these guys either way. After all, that stadium is full and so is the bank account. I at least appreciate the candor that these guys are staying no matter what

Her mom wanted to continue the process 1 more year with cladwell and dont want to continue the procsss . Sheila will stop the process once fans stop coming . First time i didnt see the whole dallas game , i am sure others will do it soon too

I think the biggest thing I took from her interview was that they are “Building through the draft” and it “takes time”
They aren’t firing a Coach/GM/whoever else you guys want to fire if they are trying to build the team through the draft. If there aren’t results next year, then we need to start worrying.
Our W/L record sucks but I do agree we are on the right track. Our GM needs to stop drafting injured players IMO but I do think that if they were building for now they wouldn’t be selecting these guys that are hurt, it’s a long term process.

How is Goff “not the guy?” How long has he had a healthy team, he hasn’t…yeah he appears Bad, any QB would. Now I understand all the little things he does or rather doesn’t do that annoys us, I get it…it’s damn annoying. But Goff is good enough to ball WHEN he has help.
BUT , when your defense folds to the point where Offensive players begin to get injured (IN ADDITION) , your QB & HC are going to look pretty damn sad…ironic huh?
IF you slap Young, Stroud, or any other QB in there, THEY ARE NOT going to play as well as YOU want them to --or had hoped for.
Did she kinda blame the players ? Since she believes in the guys and pointed out it’s young players mistakes
