We’ll see. I think they’re now committed to Reader taking his visit. If he leaves without a deal bc of the quad then I could see Cincy getting back in it.

Lets say the Lions team doctors say he probably won’t be back until November. So half a season.

Do you still sign him? It would be tempting. Like adding a stud at the trading deadline for the winter months

And also increase the # of guys on IR

Will he be back or start on PUP. What are the lions gonna do a DT for the first 4+ games? Better have a big discount if thats the case

Having Reader in December and January would be a massive boost for the defense.

I actually think it might make sense to sign him and take it real slow. Don’t rush him. He’d respect that and we’d get a motivated guy come playoff race time.
