lol, Gene Smith, the AD, and Urban’s superior, was also trying to help him. they all tried to help him reform and get counseling. Urban didn’t need to cover up to the AD. He already knew about his issues. Its why he was also suspended.

Yep, and then he told Urban. All this back in 2015.
Yeah from what I read he called Urban and asked “WTF is going on??” And then Urban called Smith and said “If I find out you hit her YOURE DONE, UOURE FIRED!” No judgement on Urban because that’s a very weird position to be in considering his ties and loyalty to Earl Bruce. But I can assure you that if me or my oldest brother ever lay hands on our wives my Dad would kills us…literally.
