1:) that guy is awesome. Super talented IMO. Funny and seems like a good dude. Probably why he and and Grossi are tight.

Meh, my expactations are lower this season than the last few…so there wont be as much vitriolic dissappointment per say. I expect gameday threads to be more in line of morbid amusement for me.

I’m slightly more excited for @The_Kid to experience his first Lions season on The Den than I am for the actual season. Hope his lion loins are throroughly girded.

Perna is awesome, love his content. His weekly wrapups and Blop 10 list are my favorites to watch during the season. He has my kind of sense of humor.
I watched the video this morning and he gets most everything right. The 2025 version of the Lions were a team on the decline. The 2026 Lions I think are going to be different. I expect to see a team more like the 2022 Lions. Young, and probably in for a bumpy start, but once the kids start getting their feet wet, this team can really come together. I think the 2024 and especially 2025 Lions were a little too long in the tooth, especially on OL and defense, and now a lot of that is flipped.
He is just a very funny man. I would imagine that it translates across most senses of humor. Grossi is very funny as well but personally I find him much funnier when he’s just riffing on his set rather than in the skits which personally I find rather contrived.
Hope not. One of the Costco receipt checkers in Eugene is part of Bills mafia and I’ve been talking Costco amounts of shit. Wholesale priced, overly large packaging amounts of shit. The amount of shit that makes one consider that it may have been wise to choose retail for my shit dishing.

I think you can keep talkin’, I don’t see the Bills as particularly scary. The only part I don’t like about that game is that it’s their stadium opener, that crowd is going to be a problem for a young OL trying to gel. Then you’ve got Josh Allen, so Shep’s new “defense” will have its hands full for sure. Outside of Allen strapping on his cape, Buffalo’s defense is not scary and the rest of the offense is pretty pedestrian.
LOL, if he thought baseball threads were fun, well, he has no clue…
