In menu bar of reply window that opens, see GIF option second from right end. Click it
GIF search text box appears.
Type in search criteria, like let’s say Matt Patricia

A series of gif options appear, choose one, like this above from the Matt Patricia search. Click it.
Click reply if you are done or add text.
Voila.
