Also Payton had drafted 1st round RBs before. Reggie Bush was his first ever pick, #2 overall. Ingram too. If he thinks he’s special enough, I could see him going for him.

Just don’t know the advantage really of making people think he wants RB? Jeanty and the WRs aren’t in the same range, who he’s trying to trade with will be a tell. Like he’s not swapping with NE for a WR, and he’s not swapping with SF for Jeanty.

Yeah, could be, but if he’s talking to the Pats/Jags/Raiders, then it’s not for Tet, it’s for Jeanty. That’s what I mean, it’s a tell. We won’t know from the outside looking in, but the teams will know.

There’s a lot of overlap for sure, but you know I think he’ll be best used the way the Cowboys use Lamb. In the slot, in motion, off the line… so I think he could be a fit as like a power slot type. Kinda the way the Falcons use London too, who he’s often compared to. You could still take advantage of the catch point prowess with slot fades and the like.
But yeah, overall I don’t think he’s a great fit.

100% its a bad idea. He was saying earlier who wouldnt take jamo and 28 to the browns. And i had said the browns. If the browns are shopping their pick…you nest beliebe Brad ans considered scenarios we havent even thought of.
