Was crazy. CMC injury didn’t look good. SF can’t catch any breaks.

and be the player that scored the TD on that play.
Mariota was the most recent…. threw the ball…
had it batted back to him… and then scored against the Chiefs in a playoff game that ended Alex Smith’s tenure in KC…
while Mahomes sat on the sideline as a rookie.
Chiefs were up 21-3 prior to that play…
which was 3rd and goal at the 6 yard line.
Totally changed the trajectory of that game.
I remember thinking the Chiefs should have started the Mahomes era in the 4th quarter of that game….
as Smith had only 33 yards passing and converted only 4 first downs in the 2nd half.
I feel horrible for CMC but I am happy for me.
My FF playoffs start next week and I rode Mason like a rented mule before MCM came back. Soooooo
I am guessing CMC needs a full off season to get healed. It sounds like this was a much more serious issue than originally assumed by at least me
Stating the obvious here, but Allen is good at this whole QB thing.

I actually think weather like this helps him with restraint which is typically his bugaboo.

Saquon and Henry are probably top 7 for mvp… But they don’t throw passes which means they aint winning it

I liked Josh Allen coming out of college he reminded me of a much more mobile version of Stafford.
More reliable? You may want to brush up on Allen’s Wyoming career. Dude couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn.

The accuracy was always the thing with Josh. I’m out west so I watched Wyoming more than I’d care to admit. It as brutal. Far worse than Matt who wasn’t exactly Brees at Georgia either of course.
yeah his accuracy wasn’t great but neither was Staffords really. Both had cannon for arms though.
This is quite the hill the 9ers will need to climb to get into the playoffs. Especially considering they play us along the way as well
For sure. Allen has a powerful arm but he’s not as talented as a thrower as Matt was/is. Jeff George and then maybe Matt for me in terms of the most magical arms that I’ve ever seen. Allen of course has a whole part to his game that Matt does not. But purely as a thrower …

Goff can change that narrative in a couple weeks.
A great showing in a head to head win versus Allen can tip the scales.
