OK so Thursday I will post a photo of Mike the spam chef, we’re going out to eat at the hunting club where he caters. He generally has a spam dish as part of the menu, although I will probably get a steak. Stay tuned.

I used to have spam all the time as a kid and loved it. I tried it again a few years ago during covid lockdowns. Don’t meet your heroes…
I have family from Maryland who swear by scrapple, though.
oh Spam made a comeback, good now it can go away.
Nothing says health and nutrition more than a spam dog.

I had scrapple once and the flavor was decent.
My wife and I were guests of one her friends from high school, and were staying on their large boat to watch the Traverse City air show around the 4th of July. It was a good time.
Now that I know it has a significant amount of liver in it…
I won’t be trying it again.

So my buddy Mike Meyers, the “Spam King”, was just diagnosed with cancer and with that no more dining at our favorite Cajun hang out. Cancer sucks.
