i watched that game in the lobby bar at beautiful resort in southern Mexico, on the ocean. After long immeidate runs, by was it Chris Johnson?, the Mexican announcers, in Spanish were laughing out loud at our Lions. “Senor…blah blah blah…Lions…loud laughter!” Fucking pissed me off.

Guys, I’m depressed. Seriously. So I called my dear 84 year old Uncle to find out what it was like in 1957 when we won the Championship!
Did you watch it? Remember it? Who was your favorite Lion…just the basics.
He said to watch it he drove up to Lansing to gt a cheap hotel to see the game. What? You had to drive an hour and pay for a room to watch the game? Crazy!!! But not all the games were on local TV back then. No cable, no internet, so I had to drive to Lansing!
