There won’t be any formal recognition but as soon as he steps onto the field I’m sure that Ford Field will erupt in cheers. He’ll probably get the warmest ovation any opposing player has ever gotten at Ford Field.

Yeah the Bills won! I would be doing the same…. The difference is for 3 years Allen has led the Bills to Division titles, and over that 3 years, he’s led the league in turnovers.
100 TDs, 47 ints, and averaged a 94 rating. 28 fumbles…
Yes he has decent rushing stats too, but he calls his number a lot, and thus functions as RB2… if you add up passing attempts, rushing attempts and total yards…. You get a clearer picture.
Anyway- he’s just 1-6 when Bills D allows 27 points or more!!! That’s right, Allen puts his D in a worse spot than any other QB in the league with nearly 20 turnovers per year…. And whenever his D allows 27 or more- they lose!
When Goff has faced 27? We are 6-16 so we face 27 plus over 3 times more often, and have double the win probability.
When you consider Allen has lost 15 games, and more than half the D did their job, but when the D doesn’t they lose 85% of the time?
I would let say he Carries anything, just that he looks cooler making plays.

“Build our legacy”.
I don’t see Stafford being part of the legacy we’re building right now. As much as he’s like CJ and Barry as cornerstone players, he’s now a SB champion QB in his 3rd year elsewhere. We may have respect and appreciation for him, but we’re not talking about a guy who’s retired 3 years, we’re talking a guy who’s coming here to rip our guts out.
I expect it will be the same for Patricia if we end up facing the Eagles. At least Patricia was forced out, Stafford asked to leave.
We need to let Monty and Gibbs keep Stafford resting on the sideline until we send him and his team home for the winter.

But once again you deflect off my point….it irritates you that people will credit Allen for the win because he played so poorly….you would do the exact same thing for Goff under the same circumstances

Josh Allen has 10 games with under 275 yards and at least 1 turnover. He has 5 games under 250 with multiple turnovers…. He has 9 games with as many or MORE turnovers than TDs.
Goff has 7 with under 275 and at least 1 turnover. 3 games under 250 with multiple turnovers. He had 4 games with more turnovers than TDs.
Goffs offense scored more, he turned it over wayyy less, and his defense gave up nearly 5 points more per game than Allens.
Consider 7 of Allens games were determined by 5 of less points and his team gave up 5 less points.
