On January 22, 2021, the Detroit Lions signed Wright to a reserve/futures contract.[12] On August 10, 2021, the Lions waived Wright.

87% career accuracy is excellent

While Badgley has been very good so far, it wouldn’t hurt to have this K on the Lions practice squad just in case.

Tough gig being a kicker, dude was 21 for 24 last year and wasn’t brought back. 4 of 6 on 50+ yarders
