I will say that I had an experience here a few months ago when I said something that was very clearly and technically incorrect. Something non-football related and ostensibly totally in my wheelhouse.

I was totally busted in the exchange. And, for a moment, humiliated. But I knew the only thing I could do was directly acknowledge it and take the L. Took a while for the feelings to subside.

At a certain point, you have to ask yourself, what exactly are you defending here? Is it in the room with us right now?

I always laugh a little when reading these types of threads. A group of people talking about a different group of people and they never think that maybe they belong in that group of people they are talking about.

While I broadly share this sentiment, I think the problem is that most people in an argument already assume the fact that someone doesn’t share their opinion is what makes them a moron.

just because someone is on a podcast or created one, doesn’t mean they don’t know what their talking about, you do have to use common sense and decide for yourself if their bs artist or not.
