I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Nate and all the Mods. I know that some of the decisions made early in the season were hard and ruffled some feathers, but MAN has this place been a joy to escape to these past few months.
Kudos to the administration and to all the posters who “get it” and keep things on topic and flowing nicely.

Appreciate the kudos–and it sure seems like Nate made the right choice to make this place a politics-free zone. I 100% agree, it’s been so nice to have at least one place online to go to get a break from the rest of the world. One of the few places that still seems sane. (Granted, you have to ignore the whole “obsessing over a team that hasn’t won a title in 63 years and counting” thing, but we’re working on it, dammit!)
Now let’s see how long we can keep this thread open… I put the over/under on five posts. Prove me wrong, you animals!

I think the mods have done and are doing a great job. Lions fans care about their team, even after so much dysfunction and failure after so long a period of time. Thank you mods, and way to hang in there, guys. I hope to God we get a good GM and HC that can at least take us to a level of competancy that leads to playoff contention and eventual success.

I would say thank you to all the posters who make the Den a great place to be. The den is only as good as the people in the community. We’ve strived hard to make it a safe community, where everyone feels welcome. We can’t do it without everyone’s help and support. So thank you again.

I totally agree. This place isn’t toxic, great conversations are on going and I am not upset to come on here! a total WIN!!!
I wasn’t sure I has the patience for a new front office and staff but having a rational Den helps me to stay informed while keeping me calm and I love that. Thanks to all involved who help keep this a place for discussion, learning and respect. Well done.
I actually think all the virus scuffles brought us closer together. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy that the period with absolutely nothing else to talk about is behind us.

Been hangin onto this place for 17 years, and it seems to have become a much more pleasant posting atmosphere recently.
I can’t really relate as to how hard it must be to keep this squeaky clean with so many varying topics for people to differ… but a big, BIG thanks for allowing myself and so many others to be able to have a place to converse and share views for as long as we have!
I want to thank mods, and bigger thanks to Air for keeping me in check. And thank you Nate for letting us have a place to chat about lion’s football, and other things.

There’s no doubt that we Lions fans are a passionate bunch. (Some would say Bats**t crazy, but we’re the only sane ones(at least that’s what the voices tell me))
