Has anyone watched this? He’s a terrible Coach. Hopefully he figures it out, but he flip flops a lot.

Eh, I would argue making the league is pretty good on the “doing” end of things. They certainly made a lot of money! Dan, Brunell, Shep, etc… These guys are the top 1% of football players in the history of the world.
They’re just not the top .01%
I just think at a certain level, the game comes so easy to them it’s difficult for them to pass on what makes them good to others. “Just do what I did” is not a viable coaching strategy.

It’s true for any profession honestly
The best most elite doers cannot teach.
It’s the gift that comes 2nd nature, the unmatchable work ethic, or just the God given talent… can’t teach these things.
Can’t teach speed !
In fairness Dan Campbell has hired tons of good players to be coaches. None of them were stars… But lots of solid players
