Do you even watch Lions games, specifically Goff? Making statements like receivers just standing there waiting for the ball is so inaccurate it’s funny at this point. Accuracy is not his issue and throwing where he anticipates the receiver is going to be is one of his strengths.
And you might want to schedule an eye appointment to get your eyes checked.

I saw them one year in Detroit on Halloween, the concert was HalloWeen. It was awesome! They put on a damn good show

HOW are stats “misleading”? I’d say the very first time they began doing them, yeah. but not only have they had stats for for maybe a hundred years, our technology has advanced not declined, I’d also say, they have had computer data handle stats to eliminate human error, for decades now , they have fact-checkers , proof-readers, data anylasist, so the chance for error is very small. now can human reporters or media types get them wrong? hell yes, sometimes. but you are capable of looking at several different sites, reffer to many different media , and do some homework to to prove what you want.
Jared Goff may not be THEE top QB in NFL history, that’s apparent , however to rank him outside top 10 , is laughable…NFL football is an entire team sport, just like NBA B ball is a team sport, MLB Baseball, NHL Hockey { there is no ONE guy, that carries the whole team.
THIS is 2026, I will always claim that Jared Goff is a top 6 QB in this sport, don’t like it? kick rocks.

He’s no where near Brett Favre, or any of the “greats”. Goff will most likely never be in the HOF. Doubtful he ever wins MVP in a season. I’m just hoping for a SB. It wasn’t my intention to directly compare him to Brady. I was just trying to say great QB’s can win games.
Stats don’t always prove how good or bad a player actually is. At any position. Dak can have great stats, but I don’t think he’s a great QB.
In a nutshell, based on the topic, I don’t think Goff is a great QB. He has flaws. His flaws are very clear to me.But I don’t think he’s a bad QB either. I don’t actually hate on him. I’m just truthful. Maybe he’s in that top 8-12 range. That doesn’t make him great and neither are those QB’s right ahead of him or behind him.
But because I don’t proclaim him the GOAT is why you all lose your minds.
And it’s only in this forum. Other forums, or social media, a lot of people agree with me.
I think you guys just need to relax a bit when it comes to him. There’s nothing wrong with criticism. Like, don’t tell me he doesn’t throw the ugliest football in the NFL.

@CMafia . ALL NFL QB’s have flaws. all NFL QB’s need help from their team, and three I have heard nobody say “Jared Goff is the GOAT” this is exactly Stafford 2,0.
when Matt was our QB. Goff and Matt are a lot alike in that they stand in the pocket , take their lumps, and while here- were really good, but also had flaws in their games. I have went through epic tons of debate and arguements over both. “I am a Jared Goff fan” but I don’t call him GOD. or the best there is/was. .
Jared IS NOT the best, but he isn’t close to being a “bad QB”
