Looks like it. The reports are it was probably a heart attack. I know Hulk has been in poor health, so it’s not hugely surprising. The heart damage from steroids is permanent, long after steroid use stops.
I made my comment about Ozzy outliving Hulk with all of the stuff he was on, but the crazy thing is, Hulk lived to be dinosaur in terms of comparing him to other wrestlers.
When I was 7 years old, Hogan was my hero! He wasn’t even a good wrestler. But dude could sure cut a promo and work the crowd. RIP Hulk!

Kind of feel like I should have paid the $300 for his autograph in his shop on Clearwater Beach when I was there a few years ago. 300 is about what the top guys are getting now not including Tom Brady who gets light six times that, but back then it was pretty steep. Got to check what his wrestling cards are popping off for now my brother-in-law has like three of his rookie cards feel like I should have Push harder and get one of those too. I lasted about 10 minutes in Scientology. They used to have storefronts with a sandwich board sign offering “free IQ testing.” A buddy and I had been drinking beer on a Friday afternoon during uni and decided to go inside. It was clear it was not a IQ test but a personality test, weeding out those who were unilkely to pay for the courses etc. We were laughing at the questions and they told us to leave. It wasn’t until we were on the way out that we noticed the Dianetics books and Scientology lit on the bookshelves.
