The only regularly held events that ever get more views are the Olympics and FIFA world cup. That only happen once every 4 years
2025 numbers arnt out yet but innitial reports say it was up again.
I guess it’s a little more worldwide. Expect an Expedition 33 universe soon.

Yeah, the Super Bowl isn’t as international as other major events. It has grown in the last 10 or so years. But the video game awards are definitely an international event. The video game industry is bigger than the music sports and movie industry combined.
And a good chunk of the international viewership is only for the halftime show. Which is wild to think about.
This is really depressing. Glad I’m addicted to trails and beaches instead.

While it certainly isn’t helping, I’ll fight that it’s an effect of that, not the cause. I.e. they stopped trying, so they just play video games now.
I dunno, I guess I’m not super surprised. Sex these days is like that quote from Forrest Gump. It’s like a box of chocolates, never know what you’re gonna get. Imagine expecting to get cherry, and you end up with nuts.
