Look at the top 51 contracts you have 7-10 that look like they will be cut.
Look through the rest of the guys and you can easily see 3/4 making the team.
Now you have 9 picks.
Lions gonna lose some good players.
I’m thinking lions are gonna get a pick for next year with a guy they would cut.
I would love a trade down in first round with browns. Our 1,2,4 for their 20s and 30s picks.
We can secure our tackle and DE.

I didn’t even factor in surprise retirements, gambling suspensions and arrests. Sometimes I’m way too optimistic.

We enter the draft with 9 picks but I highly doubt we exit the draft with 9 players.
So i cant keep it straight.. if we are terrible and holmes seat is hot how can we possibly be worried about having to cut players?

This is pretty much a normal day in Canada…this might have even be in the summer.
I have had a few concussions. Never done anything too crazy. But CTE is a guaranteed get out of jail free card.

“Tough” cuts… or do we overvalue our own players.
Every team has tough cuts. How many of any of those cuts get picked up and turn a playoff team into a Super Bowl champ? Become pro bowlers? Start for someone else?
Honest question I would like to know. Because I’ve gotten excited about my share of Terry Battle’s in my time.
