Well glad Bo is not a Red Sox. Only 3 years is pretty telling. Teams are worried about his injury history. I wish Bo well.
The Mets at least lost Pete Alonso and Edwin Diaz this offseason. The Dodgers have lost nobody.

Sweeney just sucks at everything: batting, fielding, etc. Hinch likes him for some reason. Heâs not a MLB player and he starts like half the games for Hinch.

My disdain for Sweeney is for an entirely different reason than it was for Gonzalez.
The Athleticâs Ken Rosenthal reports the deal is for $126 million over the three years, with opt-outs after years one and two. The deal also includes a $5 million opt-out bonus.
So essentially Bo signed a Bregman deal from last year. Bo can opt out if he has a big year just like Bregman
These opt out deals are becoming very popular.

Honestly Skubal is loving these deals. 60 mill a year for Tucker. 40+ for Bo. They are good players but Skubal is the 2 time Cy Young winner and best pitcher in baseball. Skubal might get 500-600 million on the open market
