Injuries bud. They suck. Glad the Jays won the series but both these teams are in shambles injury wise.

Injuries to pitchers for sure. And we miss Baez more than this group is willing to admit. But hitting is really bad. Once the rook went cold you see how thin the lineup is.
Carpenter too. I’m a big fan of Kerry. My favourite Tiger. But shit he rarely plays. If he ever played a full season would hit 40 bombs

The lack of homers and atrocious defense are just as big as the pitching right now. I think we had the best team in the division but it’s not looking like our year at the moment. But who knows. Long season. We have to sell if we’re out of it at the deadline.

This is why they wont sell. They will probably add, tbh.
Sell Tork for a bag of chips and fill the soda machine for 2 weeks. And make the chips BBQ.
