101 innings and O.89 WHIP is crazy good. Players are batting .191 against him.
He has to be Comeback Player of the year. The last time he threw over 100 innings was 6 years ago.

I think that’s the most right handed batting I’ve seen Hinch throw out there. 8 Righties, and then Zach in the 9 hole. Hope it works out against the lefty pitching. I really wanna see Flaherty get some run support this game.

Glad to see McKinstry get some recognition for what he’s doing this season. He’s killing it at the plate, he creates havoc on the bases, and he’s holding up great at 3B.
I do cringe a bit when Hinch slots him in at SS. But he gets out there and battles no matter what.

Boy after the first of the DH and using 4 pitchers by committee you would hope Flaherty could give us a good 5 innings, but doesn’t look like that will happen
