Why the hell did they start Gore in the 6th? He was almost at 100 pitches to start the inning.
Pointing out that Flaherty has been ass and started the game as such isnt gassing on the whole team, both things can be true…Marty’s right, you are kinda cranky

No, I’ve seen this before, the overreaction in the first or second when the team is only down by two runs in spite of the pitcher.
And if calling Flaherty Maeda isn’t an overreaction or just pure stupidity well…they aren’t even close to similar.
So, perhaps I am cranky, guess stupidity brings it out in me…

Not until now. I remember my best friend telling me the story of how he was over a mutual friend’s house and someone there had plugged the toilet. He said the dad took a butter knife and went to town. They were all normal size over there except for our friend’s sister who was easily 275. I think the blame was silently implied.

And, i do agree with you that Flaherty needs to step it up, guess what, he has time to figure things out and get right.

When the outfielders weren’t picking up the ball right away, it looked like he might’ve been able to get home… but with where he was when the ball got to the cut off man, I have no idea why he wasn’t held.
Im more concern his back is acting up.
I believe they also lead the league in taking the extra base from first to third and second to home.
So, there will be some bad but far more good.
