The chances of the Lions not winning a Superbowl are a lot greater than them winning it. Just because they didn’t win it all doesn’t make you right. It doesn’t justify your constant negative attitude about literally everything.

Ive posted a ton of positive stuff, but you and some others just like to pick at the negative stuff. Is that right or wrong? Not my fault that Detroit teams haven’t done shit since the wings 08. Winning it all is really all it matters. Its great to win nfc north back to back, but no body cares besides lions fans. Some you guys act like finish this or that you deserve a thank you for trying trophy

You are 100% correct that winning the championship is what matters, i agree with you 100% with no sarcasm truly. But dont you also see how that means this game means less than nothing in achieving that goal?
That would likely be why some call you negative, you harp on meaningless topics as reasons why they wont succeed… call it out as the reason even though it is 100% unrelated and just really hard to win the championship in pro sports.

Too me it does though. Baseball can be one game difference. Look at last year. Kc, tigers twins fighting for the two playoff spots. This isnt me being negative against a good team. Its the worse team in baseball. Even worse then the white sox. You have to win these type of games because they will matter down the road
I just refuse to get riled up about a regular season game in a sport with 162 of them, especially when the team has the best record in the conference.

This is how I view it too. I don’t expect the Tigers to win out. It’s a long season. It’s not to say every game doesn’t matter. It definitely can, but I’m enjoying the ride. The Tigers are batting well, pitching well, they’re atop the AL for now and it’s been a fun ride since the end of last year.
Not every season needs to end in a championship to get enjoyment out of sports for me. I enjoy the ride. The Tigers didn’t win it all last year, but it’s one of the best endings to a season I can remember. Same with when the Lions lost to SF. Obviously would’ve liked a SB, but it doesn’t make any of the rest of the season less enjoyable. Winning championships is hard. Ask the Red Sox/Cubs.
That is where we differ, because you are taking the stance (whether intentionally or not) that the rockies shouldnt win another game since they have only won 6. I pointed out they just beat a team with a better record than we have and you respond with that doesnt matter because i dont care about them… but the fact of the matter is they have shown they can beat a team with a comparable performance so far this season regardless of whether you believe we should win the game or not.
As long as the tigers win the series etc… why do we care about 1 of 162?

Yet people are riled up about my opinion. Cant have it both ways. I respect people’s views , but it would be nice to hear people can respect mine and understand where im coming from.
My only perspective on the lions is if this team doesnt at least make a sb at some point i will be right there besides the haters and devastated… with that said i am not calling that ahead of time and will enjoy the ride
