Yes he is
No more betting until football. Tigers traded away too much talent / heart. Unpredictable right now.
The injuries didn’t help either.
Baez was red hot.
That’s so funny.
1968 world series, game 6 against the Cardinals - remember we’re in New Jersey, My teacher looks the other way to let me listen to the Tigers on a transistor radio because she knows how much I love them. (Big Bird was in the distant future). Bless her soul.
I think someone ratted to someone higher up, because I couldn’t do it for game 7. But I got home in time to watch Northrup’s fly ball sail over Curt Flood’s head. My best friend (still) and I literally were hugging each other and dancing in the streets. He was a Yankee fan but knew how much i loved the Tigers.
That was then. So much fun.
Very cool
It’s a Skubal night! My favorite night of the week (until football starts)
AJ Hinch said they have a plan in place to address the problem of only having 2 starting pitchers on the roster. He said the plan will develop this weekend.
It will be interesting to see how it goes.
So is that the plan? Add more bully guys so we can do 3 bully days every week?
They were just talking about Witt on MLB tonight. Over his last 25 games, he is hitting. 500
49 hits in his last 98 at bats…video game numbers.
This might be the next guy to hit .400 for a season.
Yea it’s only 25 games… but in modern baseball to bat .500 over a month is insane. Wow
He’s hitting .350 for the season, and he’s still just a puppy.
There is no telling how much better he will get over the next 2 or 3 years…and then he will hit his prime.
I just looked up his season stats… holy mother of God that’s crazy. Batting .350 with 20 bombs and 24 steals while playing shortstop… good heavens… I gotta watch some Royals games apparently.
Dude is on pace to bat .350, 30 homers, 40 steals, 115 RBI’s while playing shortstop at age 24…
I thought Judge was winning the mvp easy… maybe not
Lol, I love that gif.
Well done
Judge has Soto on base constantly… Witt is a legit MVP
Both Judge and Witt are deserving. I personally would lean toward Witt though.
KC is firmly in the playoff picture, and I doubt very much they would be without Witt.
Tiger announcers discussing Leyland and camera pans to Leyland in a suite, just in time to see him take a puff from his cigarette.
LOL, capturing the true man.
This team is becoming unwatchable.
That guy on the right may be $1000 if he wins MVP.
