I was hoping for a trade down in 2019… but would have taken Burns if a decent deal was not offered.
In 2020… I also hoped for a trade down with Miami/LA… and would not have taken Brown or Okudah at #3 overall. I would taken Herbert to force somebody’s hand. I won’t claim that I anticipated his success so early… but I believe the value placed on young QBs makes it worthwhile.
