I always love to check in on other teams’ boards to see what they are saying, ESPECIALLY division rivals. Now with 247 shutting down the boards, who have found solid, active boards from our rivals?? I found a couple, but they seem pretty lame.
All the NFCN 24/7 boards seem to be fine except the Lions.
Chances are it’s something on your devices rather than ONE board being down. Your history is probably bringing you to the beta version of the site, which doesn’t work. Since you don’t visit the other teams pages as often, I assume, they’re not stored in your cache and therefore you don’t have issues.

Picked this up on the Bears board and doesn’t sound like they’re killing off the forums. Just a face lift, I guess. Draw up your own conclusions.
