Yeah lots of good stuff…I read that long made some good plays in run support and this says he had one good coverage, a weakness in Miami. I’d love another take review of his play. I was thinking his performance may have been part of the reason Houston was let go,even thought they aren’t apples to apples.

I think Smith is doing OK.

Z is making that QB adjust faster or rush throws earlier than other lineman not named McNiel. Z has been a big help IMO. He is not getting the tackles like I thought, but there are more pressures since his arrival.
i thought Indy looked pretty undisciplined because of all their penalties but the fact is they had fewer than us before that game. Between penalties and drops they really looked bad. Just a couple comments, the “Jared Goff” chants don’t belong in restaurants and bars IMO, save it for the stadium. The game time crowd was great, I doubt that I ever go to another road game where we represent like that. I’ve never seen a Lions team that was truly all in like these guys, very happy for them. We really are a destination for FA’s going forward. My wife told me that we have quite a few children and grandchildren in our town that have become Lions fans because of the IOWA players. Cool, I thought I was the only one.
Some time toward the end of summer 2025, there will be another Lions fan moving to Urbandale.
I had the same thought while at the Tampa game last year, now, not so sure, as the trend has only continued and grown.
