Twitter erupts as refs call insanely bad penalty on Cowboys' Micah Parsons

He’s Superman—the reincarnation of Lawrence Taylor, Reggie White, and Bruce Smith all rolled into one.

“ It’s been 30-plus quarters since the NFL’s preeminent pass rusher has seen a holding call made against an opponent trying to block him.”

Great, now 5 holding penalties will be called against Lions tackles next week.

Funny how the Twitter world rallies to poor Micah and the Cowboys.

Have they seen the holds against Hutch? Crosby?

I really liked Parsons as a prospect and defended him here but good lord he’s a cry baby. Someone needs to serve him a healthy serving of STFU

That’s more the “befuddled, did that really happen look”?

And that is just on the Lions first drive.

I’m pretty sure that’s the look @TNutZz has on his face after farting the morning after a late night chalupa.

…Just after waking up before the trot to the toilet

Dear lord. What have I done?

The Cowboys are like the Packers they get more penalties called their way then most teams but whine when they don’t. That whining is done on purpose to create bias in the Refs and to help get more favorable calls. The squeaky wheel gets the grease concept.

Make no mistake the Lions will get multiple holding calls on them vs the cowboys.

The Cowboys are getting 57 yards a game (in their favor) off opponents penalties. Which is currently 5th.

@KarlKaliente that is the Sunday face at a kids activity after Saturday night drinking and your stomach start burgling.

The Cowboys commit a ton of penalties. They are like the old Legion of Boom where they do it so much that they dare the refs to call them all. And they don’t.

Here are the crews by penalties:

Here are the crews assigned so far:

Thursday, Dec. 28

  • Jets at Browns PRIME — Alex Kemp

Saturday, Dec. 30

  • Lions at Cowboys ESPN ESPN+ —

Sunday, Dec. 31

  • Cardinals at Eagles —
  • Falcons at Bears — Adrian Hill
  • Panthers at Jaguars — Carl Cheffers
  • Raiders at Colts — Shawn Smith
  • Rams at Giants — Tra Blake
  • Dolphins at Ravens — Clete Blakeman
  • Patriots at Bills — Alan Eck
  • Saints at Buccaneers —
  • 49ers at Commanders —
  • Titans at Texans —
  • Steelers at Seahawks — Shawn Hochuli
  • Bengals at Chiefs —
  • Chargers at Broncos —
  • Packers at Vikings NBC PEACOCK —

It is funny…i feel we are blinded as fans sometimes. I overall just think its unconsistant officiating…happens to all teams across the league

Yep. And 4-23 against teams with winning records.

Eliminate Land Clark–he just did the Lions Vikings game.

The following is the 2023 NFL roster of officials:
