Cosby, meanwhile, will redshirt the 2026-27 seasons, according to the release, as he recovers from a torn ACL.
The wing, out of powerhouse Monteverde Academy in Florida, stands 6-8 and 195 pounds, but played just five games last season before suffering his season-ending injury.
Before that, he was the youngest player to sign with Overtime Elite in AAU, averaging 17.4 points per game with 444 Athletics on the Puma Pro16 circuit.
Cosby is ranked as the No. 7 player in Florida, No. 14 wing nationalls and No. 38 overall player for 2026, per 247 Sports’ composite rankings.
“Lincoln has great size, athleticism and versatility, and he impacts the game in a lot of ways,” May said in a release. “He can defend multiple positions, rebound, run the floor, and make plays with the ball in his hands. We’re excited to support him through his rehab process and help him come back even stronger.”
