UM Pro Day: Ojabo injured

They forgot to put an asterisk next to the 28 :joy::joy:

Here, I fixed it for whoever tweets for the NFL.

That was ridiculous. I hated the 225 test in college, but if the spotter touched the bar, test is over, that’s how it works. He still gets 20-22 reps on his own, which is very good. The spotter or anyone involved with that is a clown.

Thank you!!! Can you explain this to these Wolverine slappies?

I deleted the db insult. That really wasn’t warranted. Sorry dude.

Yep, played college football, and watched football all 40 years of my life, never seen a spotter touching the bar during a 225 test. WTF!?

I thought it was bizarre!

I mean, I’m clowning Hutch mostly because I don’t like him as a prospect, but still!

And I love Hutch as a prospect, still do. He gets 20 plus reps without a spotter. Just so ridiculous they tried to pull that shit.

It certainly looks like the spotter is helping stabilize the bar. I don’t think they offer that help at the combine. So yeah a little bit of home cooking going on here. As a spotter, you’re not supposed to touch the bar at all.

#1 rule of the 225 test, if someone else touches the bar, the test is over.

#2 would be no arching your back

Hutch is still very strong, 20 reps is legit good. But, that was a joke.

You mean to tell me that the human Smith machine isn’t allowed?

I have to admit that you’re right here. I was getting carried away at first.

Hey, at least he wasn’t wearing a bench press shirt!

It reminded me of Cormier making 205 with his towel routine a few years back. If you’re a UFC fan, that reference will make sense.
