At least Hunter isn’t going back there

Agreed, but Greenard’s pretty good

And he’s 3 years younger. Makes sense for the Vikes. Likely means Hunter is a goner.

When healthy

Greenard is good not elite like Hunter

Solid signing. Doesn’t make them better or worse. I am glad Hunter is gone.

Don’t know much about him but did he get significantly better this year when will Anderson showed up?

Actually kinda surprised the Texans would let him go. They are a young improving team with lots of money.

Yeah not thrilled to see that signing.

He is my Trey Flowers candidate for this FA

That was my first thought. He’s been a pain… over the years.

Wow, that’s BIG money, even for a 27 year old.

Kind of modest stats from a career perspective.

The Vikes had Hunter and Wonnum…. Now they have Greenard and Van Ginkle

Hunter and DJ had 24.5 sacks and I bet they get 25M and 9M AAV…. 34M

Van Ginkle and Greenard had 19 combined sacks and now make 28M AAV…

Seems like a lot of $$$ investment- to go backwards in production and become more injury while only saving 6M per???

They turned a strength into an average or slightly above pair of ends- and saved a backup QBs salary?
