Nope.
I only root for one team.
All I will say is the important date is not today. Or tomorrow.
The Lions just have to win their last two games, it doesnât matter what Dallas does today.

I hear ya. BUT just take it and keep it. Hell with Dallas.
I thought if we win out AND Philly wins out, Philly wins the division and the #2 seed.
I wiill go with Dallas losing, lions winning out and 49ers losing to Ravens and Rams.
That works. If the Lions win out then the Dallas/Miam game doesnât matter.
If Dallas wins today, both of us are 11-4.
If we beat Dallas the following week, we automatically have the two seed over them â we will be 12-4, they will be 11-5. The even if we lose week 18, and they win, we both finish 12-5, but we own the tiebreaker.
Philly can still win the tiebreaker over us if:
(a) they win out and we lose week 18 (they have the better record), or (b) both Philly and the Lions lose 1 more (it goes to strength of victory, which favors us at this minute but is not a done deal).
Our better tiebreaker scenario is with Dallas not Philly. We want to beat Dallas and we want them to win the division.
Lions would hold the common opponents tiebreaker.
We would have the same record and same conference record.
Lions will play a much better quarterback in the playoffs, unless we meet the Vikings again.

Right, if we both win out.
If we lose one to Minny, and say they lose one to the Giants, I think our advantage with common opponents goes away and it goes to strength of victory.
Ah, ok.
So what is âstrength of victoryâ?
the combined wonâloss record of teams you have beaten. the higher win percent, the better.
Nope.
I only root for one team.
I root for Chiefs prior years
Dolphins this year
Always do AFC future bets
I am rooting for DOLPHINS
FuKK Dallas
I am rooting for DOLPHINS
Me too.
If we beat Dallas at Dallas we arenât losing to the Vikings at home in week 18.
I still canât understand why weâd root for Dallas here.
Seems like Dolphins winning, Ravens winning, us winning out, and resting our laurels in Matt to make SF his bitch is the way to go, no?
I tried. I canât do it. Go Dolphins!
Beside, their owner put a lot of money in Ann Arbor.
â â â â that, â â â â the Cowboys, and did I mention â â â â the Cowboys?
One of the greatest feelings in life is to see the Cowboys lose
Me three.
I still canât understand why weâd root for Dallas here.
Just taking this weekendâs games into account, here is what I think @JerseyJungle is saying.
If Dallas wins today and the Eagles win tomorrow we will still be in the #2 seed, because we own the tie breaker over the Cowboys if they stay on top of their Division.
If Dallas loses today and the Eagles win tomorrow the Lions will immediately fall to the #3 seed because the Eagles âcurrentlyâ own the tie breaker over us if the Eagles go back into the top spot in their Division.
But that is just this weekend. Iâm assuming @JerseyJungle is laying out the same type of scenario when running out the course of the season.
Dallas wins their Division and we have a better chance at the #2 seed
Eagles win their Division and our chances fall a little bit to hold onto the #2 seed.
Still a lot of games left to really factor it all out.
But just for this weekendâŚ
Cowboys win, and Eagles win = Lions #2 seed.
Cowboys lose, and Eagles win = Lions #3 seed
