I’m watching the worst Wolverine team I have seen in years, then it dawned on me. I used to religiously watch every Lions game every year, and I mean every game start to finish. Lousy coaches, were the norm, lack of developing talent was the norm, lack of playoffs, the norm.
As I’m watching Blue get embarrassed by Indiana, I can’t help but remember this lousy coached team is what I used to expect each Sunday from the Lions.
How did we do it denmates? I might not watch another Wolverine game until a new head coach is in place.

I think it is more about the changes this coming offseason.
Moore should be changin both coordinators, most defnitely the OC. Will see if UM is open to firing Wink and paying him to go.

Moore needs to hit A hr with coordinator hires next year.
He’s such a good recruiter that he needs to be kept around. Surrounding himself with great coaches would help make up for his lack of coaching ability.

Idk about that. That covid year was pretty bad, and it would’ve been worse if they didn’t cancel osu game
And 2008 Michigan was awful. But this is different frustration.
in my mind, college football did not have a season during Covid.
Even at my business, we never look at the financial numbers from the Covid times.

Being the historically worst team coming off of a Natty in modern history isnt a good look. And I wouldnt be surprised if Moore goes all “smartest guy in the room” and brings back this whole staff next season…it wouldnt make sense, but that’s why it makes sense.
I mean UM lost a ton on offense so I get the struggles, but then add an incompetent OC and it is so much worse.

Going to need a great off season in portal in addition to coaching changes.

Watching a completely inefficient offense that can’t run the ball, the Oline play is horrendous, and WRs that pretty much non-existent is super frustrating after watching the Lions offense week in and week out. Not even sure why I’m watching. This team bores me to death.

What highly regarded coordinator will come work under Moore? Moore was a newbie coordinator himself. I assume if I was a hot coordinator, I would want to coach under a highly regarded HC. I hate being THAT guy… but UM is hard to watch.

Probably decent number. Significant improvement in NIL. Talent will come. Coaching high end talent always easier.
